Idaho Botanical Garden Lights Up For Winter Garden AGlow
The flowers may not be blooming in winter, but the Idaho Botanical Garden is still worth a visit even in the snow at the annual Winter Garden aGlow.
From November 23rd to January 1st, the garden blossoms with more than 300,000 sparkling lights that bedazzle visitors.
You'll also get to say hello to a very special visitor from Friday to Monday: Santa Claus himself. Little ones, and train enthusiasts!, will delight in viewing the Holiday Express, a G-scale model train, wind its way through the garden. You'll also be able to enjoy the pleasing tunes of local choirs as they fill the air with holiday songs.
See a different side of the light display and stop by the Garden Store for a special pair of "holiday specs." Wearing these will transform the lights into holiday symbols and characters.
